The PokerStars EPT tour has just released a massive schedule for their upcoming stop in London, England –one of the highest profile stops on the EPT tour. The tournament series will feature an unprecedented 31 tournaments spread across the week of the September 30th, 2011 through October 6th, 2011.

The tournament series will culminate with the £5,000 buy-in Main Event, but will also feature a number of other interesting additions to the schedule, including a first to my knowledge, 5-Card PLO 8 or better event!

The tournament series will feature buy-ins for just about every bankroll, starting at around £100 (a live, hyper-turbo tournament) and going up to £20,000 for the High-Roller tournament. Some other highlights on the schedule will be the £2,150 buy-in 8-Game European Championships and the £5,000 buy-in Heads-Up tournament.

The EPT London tournaments will be held at the Hilton London Metropole, and are run in conjunction with the nearby Grosvenor Victoria Casino. Last year’s Main Event attracted 848 entrants, a number the EPT is hoping to once again best in 2011.

In a statement issued by the EPT, Martin Ramskill, general manager of the Grosvenor Victoria Casino, was quoted as saying: “We are all looking forward to another fabulous EPT London in conjunction with the Grosvenor Victoria Casino. As always we welcome all players to the 24/7 cash games in the Vic Poker Room. Courtesy cars will run between venues continuously for players’ convenience,”
