Everest Poker Overview

Everest Poker is a very popular room for European players. It is a multilingual room making it very user friendly for almost all users. The room has had increasing traffic over the past year and it is getting to be pretty respectable. Everest Poker is on their own independent network, so it is always an accomplishment when a room enters the industry on its own and is able to create player value and traffic. The site has loose action, great hold’em selection and good promotions.

Bonuses and promotions

UPDATE – New $300 Everest Poker Bonus for PokerNewsBoy visitors.

Everest offers new depositors a bonus of $200 and there is no minimum deposit other than what is imposed by the specific deposit methods. This is a great bonus for beginners and experienced players. The bonus is released to you as you earn summit points. It’s always nice to see a poker room make a commitment to you regardless of what you deposit. In addition to the bonus, Everest offers new depositors an exclusive freeroll. Everest poker also offers tournament token freerolls where players can win entry tokens to real money tournaments!

Like other rooms Everest has a player loyalty system through use of their summit points. Players earn one summit point for every dollar in rake and you can earn up to three points per hand. Summit points can be redeemed for gifts, bonuses, tournament entries and through other special promotions that Everest runs.

Everest Poker Network and Player Base

Everest Poker is an independent network with no other sites or skins sharing its player base and software. They commonly are among the top five for traffic volume and this ensures that players will always be able to find a good game. Everest Poker began in the industry as a hold’em only room. Their idea was to bring the world’s hold’em players together, and they have been pretty successful at it. Recently they have added Omaha as an option to their increasing player base.

No limit hold’em players will find all sorts of action at Everest poker with multiple games spread at micro, low and high limits. Limit players might find the table selection a tad disappointing, but there is still a good selection and a lot of games, just not quite as good as their no limit selection. Omaha action is slow, but at least it is now available. Everest Poker is well known for having just some awful players, especially at low limits. The best part is that even their high limit games draw poor players.

Customer service and Banking

Support at Everest poker is not the best right now, but hopefully it will be improved in the future. Support for issues is not available via phone and players only option is to email. Even finding support information on their website is a bit tedious. Response times are slow and the information isn’t always the best. Your financial transactions however are safe, secure and timely. Everest offers the following deposit methods:

  • Neteller
  • Click2Pay
  • Moneybookers
  • Visa/Mastercard
  • PaySafeCard
