Patrik Antonius took on two of the game’s young poker superstars in Scott ‘URnotINdanger2’ Palmer and Daniel ‘Jungleman12’ Cates at the Full Tilt Poker nosebleed tables recently, and the young guns got the better of the Full Tilt Poker pro.

The first player to take a bite out of the shark that is Patrik Antonius was PokerNews Strategy instructor and high-stakes poker pro Scott Palmer, with the two tangling at the $500/$1000 Pot Limit Holdem tables and Palmer where able to win three very large pots from Antonius. In the end Palmer finished the session up an impressive $366,000.

In his second matchup against 2010’s biggest online winner Daniel ‘jungleman12’ Cates, Antonius’s slide continued at the No Limit Holdem tables where he dropped a further $196,000. However, the two decided to switch to PLO and Antonius nearly got back to even, booking an impressive $191,000 win.

Both jungleman12 and URnotNdanger2 are good friends who have known each other for many years, even prior to becoming two of the top cash game players in poker.
