Online poker action heats up post-WSOP
Now that the World Series of Poker has come to a close, the online poker tables are once again the place to find the biggest names in poker. Even without the ultra-high-stakes pots generated by Isildur1 in 2009, 2010 has seen 10 players cross the $1,000,000 mark in winnings, led by Tom ‘durrrr’ Dwan’s $3 million+. Amazingly, many of these players are still anonymous in the poker world! Of course, if those players are winning than other players are losing, and there are 5 online poker players who have lost over $1,000,000 thus far, with Brian Townsend down over $2.5 million for the year.
