Pokerstars UKIPTThe tournament director at the PokerStars UKIPT Galway has just announce for the dealers to shuffle up and deal. The tournament has started with roughly 250 player paying the $3500 buy-in and taking their chance at being crowned the Irish Poker Champion in the Galway leg of the Pokerstars UKIPT.

The regestration is open for another 2 hours, so the number will surely increase and we will get you the final numbers once reg has closed. This late reg give hope to James Akenhead, who was planning on arriving last night, but unfortunitly left his passport at home. So he might just appear later today.

Play has now started and all players have now recieved their 20k starting stack.
