Poker After Dark returns for season 6
The popular late-night television show which pits high-profile poker players and personalities against each other in theme-based matchups will begin airing soon. Season 6 will have a total of 13 episodes –seven episodes will be 6-handed, winner-take-all, tournaments: and six episodes will be played in cash-game format. Themes for the show include:
* Commentators
* Nicknames
* He Said, She Said
* My Favorite Pro
* Lonesome Shark
* Mixed Martial Arts
* Charity in Mind
Poker After Dark episodes are filmed at the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas Nevada, and air on NBC. The shows commentators include Ali Neejad –who will make his third playing appearance in the commentators’ episode, and Leeann Tweeden.
Other contestants will include: Phil Hellmuth, Phil Laak, Antonio Esfandiari, Erick Lindgren, Joe Sebok, Gabe Kaplan, Mike Matusow, Todd Brunson, Chris Ferguson, Annette Obrestad and Kara Scott among others.
