It was an interesting week in the world of poker, first was the induction of Erik Seidel and Dan Harrington into the Poker Hall of Fame, which was followed by two records fall by the wayside –and like most poker records they had to do with age and attendance—as well as the introduction of the first completely anonymous poker tables. Here is a look at the major headlines from the past week.

Randal Flowers took down the WPT Festa al Lago tournament and in the process wrote his name into the poker record book by becoming the youngest player with two World Poker Tour titles. You can read all about Randal’s record-setting performance here: Randal Flowers youngest two-time WPT champ.

A second poker record fell later in the week when the World Series of Poker Circuit Series stop in Hammond broke the record for the largest WSOP Circuit tournament when 1,611 players entered the opening event, and then later in the week the tournament broke the WSOP Circuit record for Main Event attendance!

We also had the introduction of anonymous tables on Ladbrokes; A Florida man suing 6 top pros for WINNING;  and Erik Seidel and Dan Harrington were inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame – Congratulations to two very deserving inductees.
