Thursday, January 19, 2012 marks the start of the inaugural Turbo Championship of Online Poker (TCOOP) at the world’s #1 poker site, PokerStars. The tournament series will run for a total of 11 days, featuring a mind-numbing 50 tournaments with at least $10 million scheduled to be awarded.

PokerStars has guaranteed $10 million in prize money over the course of the tournament series, but as we have seen in the past these guarantees are usually passed with ease. The TCOOP is the third major tournament series PokerStars runs, going along with the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) and the Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) series.

As is typically the case with PoekrStars COOP tournament series, the TCOOP will feature a number of different poker formats with buy-ins across the entire spectrum. Players will find tournaments in the series with a buy-in as low as $22 and as high as the $2,100 High-Roller tournament.

The TCOOP will culminate on the 29th of January with a $700 buy-in NLHE Main Event, which features a guaranteed prize-pool of $1.5 million. Here is a look at the entire schedule for the TCOOP on PokerStars:
