Full Tilt Poker
Full Tilt Poker
Summary
Full Tilt is arguable the best online poker site on the market. The graphics are the best out of any poker site, the promotions are bigger and better than most, players can play in tournaments from $.10 to $2,500, every poker game is offered (besides rare games like Badugi), traffic is huge and the gameplay is spectacular. Plain and simple, Full Tilt has is all. The only possible downside that can be mentioned is that the quality of play is very good. Many good players play on this site, so if a player is just starting out he may want to consider starting elsewhere.
Features
Full Tilt has many great features. First, they have sit&go madness where players compete in sit&go competitions. Full Tilt also started sit&go matrix tournaments, where players play on 4 identical tables with all of the same players. They also recently had a promotion that included a reload bonus as well as “take 2” where if players play on 2 cash game tables at the same time, they earn extra money. Let’s also not forget about the Full Tilt Online Poker Series, which gives away $13,000,000. This series occurs 4 times per year.
Bonus
Full Tilt Poker offers a 100% up to $600 matching bonus to all new players. A promotional code should be included to ensure the player receives the bonus. The bonus is released to each player in $5 increments so players will not have to wait long to reap the benefits of the bonus.
Rakeback
Full Tilt Poker offers players 27% rakeback that is deposited back into the account of the player daily. Players must make sure they use the correct promotional code in order to receive the rakeback.
Tournaments
When it comes to tournaments, Full Tilt has it all. They offer many freerolls, as well as cash tournaments from $.10 to $2,500. The biggest tournaments are the Sunday Mulligan, the Sunday Brawl and the $750,000 Guarantee, all on Sunday. They also offer a $150 Rebuy and the nightly 50-50. The biggest guarantee during most weekdays is the $75,000 guarantee with a buy-in of $150+13.
Traffic
Full Tilt Poker Traffic is huge, only behind Poker Stars out of any other poker site. At peak hours, total player traffic is nearly 100,000 players.
Software
The software at Full Tilt is unmatched by any other poker site. Not only was it the best in 2008, but in 2009 they upgraded their lobby and navigation options, increasing its already big lead. The game run very quickly and the tables with avatars are very visually appealing. Navigating the site is very easy and the usability could not be better. The software is simply 100 out of 100.
Support
Full Tilt Support is decent. Since there are so many players on the site the support team is bombarded with emails and complaints. The only option to contact support is via email which usually takes a least one day to get a response. The support could definitely be better, the easiest way would be for Full Tilt to offer phone support.
