Raider poker

Summary

Raider Poker is a very new, up-and-coming poker site that has yet to really blossom. That can be seen in its extremely small tournaments and traffic overall. The site is part of the EverLeaf Network which runs out of Malta and it is currently accepting U.S. Players.

Features

Raider Poker is full of very new and unique features. Every player can choose his or her own avatar. As well, there is a choose/dismiss the dealer option, My Folded Hand, which shows a player all the hands he folded, hand history replayer, card and chip selector, the ability to take player notes as well as real-time odds and percentages.

Bonus

RaiderPoker offers a 100% up to $500 matching bonus to all new players. A promotional code should be included to ensure the player receives the bonus. The bonus is released to each player when the player earns 15 times his deposit amount in points.

Rakeback

RaiderPoker offers players 35% rakeback that is deposited back into the account of the player every Tuesday. Players must make sure they use the correct promotional code in order to receive the rakeback. However, before a player can start getting rakeback, they must contribute $10 in rake to the site. Since players get rakeback so quickly, keeping up a bankroll is pretty easy on this site.

Tournaments

The Tournaments on Raider Poker are as pathetic as the traffic number. The highest buy-in tournament on this site is a measly $5, with the average field being somewhere between 10 and 20 players. This, of course, is almost never seen on any other poker site out there. However, there is exceptional value for playing in their tournaments because of the major overlay. Given the small buy-ins on the site, there was still a $1875 overlay on July 11th, 2008.

Traffic

The traffic at Raider is absurdly weak. At most, there are 150 players connected to the site, a number that is lower than almost any other online poker site in the market. There is no mid-stakes poker action on this site. However, the competition is very, very weak and soft. The games are very beatable.

Software

The software at Raider Poker is one of the major up sides to the young, small online poker site. The software is very flashy, with visually appealing graphics. The program is also very easy to use and navigate. The player can change the settings as he chooses, while experiencing fast, clean gameplay.

Support

Raider Poker offers email support like most other poker sites, which is friendly, fast and accurate. They also have live chat, which will help resolve any player problem very quickly.
