During their Season 2 finale show, Filthy Limper Radio worked-up to the big announcement at the tail-end of the broadcast. Co-hosts Johnny Sep and Kevin Wright and guest co-host Brandon Gerson were joined by another member of the poker community Mark Gryglik, at which point they announced the three independent entities would be coming together to form the most complete poker radio website since in its heyday.

The new project is called and will feature a number of poker podcasts (with plans for even more content to be added as the site progresses, both poker and non-poker), as well as an active website with a forum and other content. The creators have their eyes set on bringing together a number of online podcasts with an emphasis on poker, with other content to be introduced down the road. Currently the world of podcasts (poker podcasts in particular) is a disjointed one, with different websites offering a single weekly show (or sometimes two) leaving fans of these shows clamoring for more, or heading to rival websites.

Vegas Poker Radio will attempt to be a one-stop shopping center for podcast listeners, bringing a number of different shows under one tent, and giving the listeners an active forum to discuss any number of topics. The creators of are not only hoping to combine their own fan bases, but also bring in more listeners by offering more content, more unique content, and higher-quality content than any other podcast.

The Filthy Limper show will continue on under the same name, but the show will now be hosted at, on an upgraded radio platform. The show will still feature Johnny Sep and Kevin Wright as co-hosts, with the pair permanently joined by Brandon “Drexel” Gerson. Filthy Limper is the most standard podcast currently on the channel, focusing on the biggest stories of the week and featuring guests from the poker world.

Brandon Gerson will also host his own show, dubbed Into the Night with Drexel. This show will be more off the cuff, with Drexel “ad libbing” about his life in and out of poker, and what it’s like to be a Las Vegas local. In its previous incarnation, Brandon’s podcasts have been known to reach marathon proportions, sometimes hitting the 10-hour mark or more!

Mark Gryglik, a former professional sports bettor and current online poker pro from Massachusetts who specializes in Limit Holdem, is the founder of Mark will bring his expertise in running an interactive poker website ( to the table, initially taking care of the content and forums the site provides. Mark has also expressed interest in creating a sports-themed radio show, where he will focus on college and professional football betting as well as fantasy football.

According to the trio, the site will also feature the following at launch:

* A simulcast of’s radio show featuring Todd “DanDruff” Witteles and Brandon “Drexel” Gerson will air on

* Blue Fire Poker will be the official strategy content provider for the show

* Visitors can expect active forums with fresh daily content

* Down the road the site will add radio shows focusing on lifestyle and a variety of non-poker topics and segments, including sports, gaming, advantage gambling, lifestyle and more

* Expanded coverage of the Las Vegas poker scene beginning with the 2012 WSOP
