Leo Margets wins Full Tilt Poker Masters Series

888Poker ambassador Leo Margets is best known for run in the 2009 World Series of Poker Main event where she was the last woman standing in the tournament, before bowing out in 27th place and pocketing an impressive $352,000. Since then Margets has proven she is a world class poker player with a number of cashes in major tournaments around the world.

Margets latest accomplishment was winning the Full Tilt Poker Masters Series that was held in Barcelona, Spain, which had a €100,000 first prize. Margets had to best 31 of Spain’s best players – all of whom had pre-qualified to the invitation only event.

The 888Poker sponsored pro has now won over $600,000 in live tournaments since her impressive debut in 2009.

The Full Tilt Poker Masters Series is a unique event that is played over three days and pits the entrants in a variety of different poker disciplines, everything from deepstacks, to shootouts, to turbo tournaments are played at the Masters Series.
