British Masters Bristol Event Won by John Gardner
The sixth and final event of this years British Masters Poker Tour has concluded and it was John Gardner who took down the tournament in great fashion winning himself a nice little £13.500.
The number of entrants has been down on what the organizers’ would have hoped for but the events all saw a fair amount of entrants turning out for each leg of the tour.
150 players paid the £500 main event buy in which lead to a £76,000 Prize pool for this event which has taken place at the Harbourside Casino Bristol.
Despite John Gardner winning the event, it was Richard Lewis who walked away with the most cash. A deal was made in three way play which led to Lewis winning the most money. The deal resulted in the players competing for the trophy and a seat at the final’s which will be a single table tournament which will see the former champions, a league winner and an online winner battle for a £10,000 sponsorship package.
