Carlos Mortensen continues to rack up major victories in poker tournaments; the latest notch on his belt came at the WPT Hollywood Poker Open, where Mortensen captured his third WPT title –tying Gus Hansen for most all-time—on his way to winning almost $400,000.

Mortensen who won the 2001 World Series of Poker Main Event, and another bracelet in 2003 in Limit Holdem, is now #12 on the all-time money list with $9.2 million in career earnings! He is also the only player to win the WPT Championship and WSOP Main Event.

Mortensen was able to outlast a very game final table, after entering the day with the chip-lead.

The complete final table results:

* Carlos Mortensen — $393,820
* Mike Mustafa — $223,623
* Frank Calo — $167,717
* Chris Bell — $124,966
* Ravi Raghavan — $105,234
* Jerry Payne — $88,791

The WPT’s next stop will be in Bucharest, Romania, followed by the WPT championship at the Bellagio.
