With 21 players left in the $1,500 No Limit Holdem it is one of poker’s biggest names atop the leader-board: Tom “durrrr” Dwan. Many in the poker world are shocked Dwan hasn’t won a World Series of Poker bracelet yet, even though he is barely into his twenties!

Dwan is the only player with over 1 million chips, but six players are between 709,000 and 953,000. If Dwan can hold on for the win –FTW in online circles—it could be the beginning of a bracelet run for the young poker star; many people compare Dwan with Phil Ivey in terms of overall poker ability.

Dwan’s friend and online poker rival, Phil “OMGClayAiken” Galfond won a bracelet in the 2008 World Series of Poker, besting what is considered the greatest final table of all-time; in addition to Galfond, Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu, John Juanda, Kirill Gerasimov, Johnny Chan, David Benyamine and online poker pros Brian ‘tsarrast’ Rast and Adam ‘houdini’ Hourani were seated at the table.

With durrrr leading the way –a lowly $1,500 No Limit Holdem event– look for event #11 to be the talk of the World Series of Poker on Saturday.
