London Calling Festival At Fox Poker Club
The Fox Poker Club only opened late last year and it has already established
itself as one of the leading venues in the Capital. They hold a monthly Main Event in association with PKR, and today they have announced the details for their
latest venture, the London Calling Festival. The festival will start on Wednesday 24th August at 7pm with a £65 NLHE Freezeout Satellite, where there will be three seats guaranteed to the Main Event which starts later in the week. Over the first few days there will be numerous other satellites available, all with varying buy-ins ranging from £35 Re-buys to £85 Freezeouts, so there should be something available to suit everyone’s bankroll. There is some side event action as well taking placing on Saturday and Monday, with the two day Main Event sandwiched in between the two. Buy-in for the Main Event is £500 + £40 and levels will be 45 minutes long. Each player will get a starting stack of 20,000 chips and the clubs organisers are hoping for a bumper turnout over the bank holiday weekend. The main event schedule is listed below, but for further details of all the satellites that are running you can visit Fox Pokers website where a full list is available. A great week of poker is expected and a five figured sum will be awaiting the winner. London Calling Festival Schedule Saturday 27th August – £215 NLHE Six Max Side Event Sunday 28th August – £540 Day One Main Event Monday 29th August – £160 NLHE Side Event Monday 29th August – Day Two Main Event
