After two full days of play the inaugural World Poker Tour Prague Main Event is down to just 63 players from the original record-setting starting field of 568. All 63 players have made the money in the tournament, and now the players’ focus will shift to the €450,000 first-place prize-money that will be awarded to the winner of the event.

Day 2 began with 217 players still in the hunt, including a number of the biggest names in poker. By the end of the day only a few of those big names were left amongst the 63 remaining players, as big names like November Niners Eoghan O’Dea and Martin Staszko hit the rail, as well as, Bryn Kenney, Steve O’Dwyer, Moritz Kranich, Michael Tureniec, Vitaly Lunkin, and Mike “Timex” McDonald.

Not every big name player missed the money in the event, as players like Mike “SirWatts” Watson, Jan Bendik, Mohsin Charania, Tristan Clemencon, Day 1 chip-leader Casey Kastle, Russell “RDCRSN” Carson, Tobias Reinkemeier, and POY contender Eugene Katchalov will be moving on to Day 3 of the WPT Prague Main Event.
