sky_poker_logoSky Poker has announced details of its second season of The Sky Poker Tour.
The first season was a great success for sky poker as it gave amateurs the chance to sit down and pit their wits against the shows annalists and stars of its live TV feed.
The success of this tournament was mainly down to the fact that you could only qualify online through sky poker and no direct buy-ins were allowed which lead to a lot of the players having played each other before and finally getting to meet in the flesh.

The Tour will consist of 5 legs and a grand final and entry once again as before will be through satellite basis only.
Qualifiers start this week and will run right the way up until just before each leg is scheduled to take place.

Sky have also stated that in conjunction with the main events they are also welcoming back the regular side game SnG’s and the ever popular play the presenter.

Below is the upcoming schedule, with the seat values for the first five legs being £100 and the grand final being £250:

Leg One – November 7th 2009, G Casino Manchester.

Leg Two – January 9th, 2010, Aspers Newcastle.

Leg Three – March 6th, 2010, G Casino  Luton

Leg Four – 8th May, 2010, Alea, Glasgow

Leg Five – 10th July, 2010, Aspers Swansea

GRAND FINAL – 11th & 12th September, 2010 – DTD, Nottingham.
