Strong voting turnout for World Series of Poker Tournament of Cha

2010 will see the return of the Tournament of Champions at the World Series of Poker and this time around poker fans will have a direct impact on the lineup. Fans can vote for their favorite poker players on the WSOP website, and the top 20 vote-getters will get their ticket punched for the 2010 Tournament of Champions.

At this point over 180,000 votes have been cast, and there will likely be a huge push as we approach the voting deadline. We advice you vote Marty Smyth!
The voting stipulations are as follows:

* Fans can vote for any former World Series of Poker bracelet winner (from any event)
* Each voter can choose to vote for up to 20 players
* Voting is running until June 15th
* 2 online qualifiers will be entered into the field
* Former TOC Champions, Mike Sexton, Mike Matusow, and Annie Duke are automatically entered
* The reigning WSOP and WSOPE champions, Barry Shulman and Joe Cada are automatically entered

Players can view the top 50 vote-getters on the WSOP website.
