Pr1nnyraid and JimmyLegs launch pilot episode of The Micros
Two online poker players/coaches with a background in film production have teamed up to create an animated series revolving around three Micro-Stakes poker players trying to make it in the poker world. Jay ‘Pr1nnyraid” Rosenkrantz and John ‘JimmyLegs’ Wray teamed up to write, produce, and direct the short animated films, and I think people will be pleasantly surprised by the production value. The pilot episode is available on YouTube and clocks in at just over 7-minutes long.
The series is titled The Micros, and puts a very comical spin on poker enthusiasts and their unique mannerisms. Three players were featured in the pilot episode:
· Chase Berger: A break-even micro-stakes player
· Tom Phuoc: A micro-stakes grinder who is overly conservative in his approach to the game of poker
· Rose Ballenger: A micro-stakes degen willing to risk it all at any moment
The video is making the rounds on Facebook and other social media sites and at the time of writing has over 13,600 hits. You can watch the video here:

This show is going to be a hit. I enjoyed it even though it was only 7 minutes long. Can’t wait to see the next episode.
Absolutely brilliant. Wonder how long before one of the big websites like PokerRoad pick it up.
