The world’s largest online poker room, PokerStars has just announced a new tournament series, the USA Championship of Online Poker. A pared down version of the WCOOP, the USA COOP will feature 11 tournaments with a total guaranteed prize-pool of $3.2 million, and will take place from November 21st through the 28th.

The Main Event will consist of a $500+$35 buy-in No Limit Holdem tournament, with a guaranteed prize-pool of $1 million.

PokerStars will also be awarding a North American Poker Tour (NAPT) prize package to the player of the series. Satellite tournaments for the USA COOP are already running on PokerStars.
