$1,100 Bodog Bonus

The $1,100 Bodog bonus is open to any new player making their first deposit of $20 or more.  The Bodog Poker Bonus is definitely unique, but it’s also pretty confusing.  Bodog states the bonus is 110% up to $1,100, and it works different than any other online poker room.  The bonus consists 2 parts:

10% Instant Bonus

The first part of the bonus is a 10% instant bonus on your deposit.  This is the standard Bodog bonus used for all of Bodog (Poker, Sportsbook and Casino).  This bonus is added immediately to your balance and you can use it at the poker tables.  Before you withdrawal the instant bonus though, you must earn 3 poker points per $1 of instant bonus.  Don’t worry, it’s a really easy bonus to earn.

100% up to $1000 Bonus

After you receive the instant bonus, you will be receive a 100% bonus up to $1,000.  This bonus will be in your “pending bonus” account and be released as you earn Bodog poker points.  This part of the bonus is released in different increments as shown on the table below.

Notice the big jump between $600 and $1,000.  Unless you are going to play a lot of poker, you may want to only deposit $600.  Especially since you only have 60 days before the bonus expires.

Earning Bodog Poker Points

There are plenty of ways to earn points at Bodog Poker.  First, you receive a one time 50 points, just for creating an account!

For tournaments, you will receive 3 points for every $1 of tournament fees.

For ring games you will earn points at the following rate:

$1 – $3 rake = 1 point
$.50 – $.95 = .5 point
$.25 – $.45 = .25 point
$.05 – $.20 – .1 point

Bodog Poker Promotions

Double Poker Points Bonus
Any player that earns at least 2,000 points in one month will get to double up, this promotions is only at Bodog for a limited time so make sure to check out the promotions page for the most current info.
Points are earned by playing in cash games and tournaments.  The amount of points you earn varies.  Players can then use points to purchase merchandise, enter into points tournaments or convert them to cash.

Royal Flush Bonus
If you’re playing a cash game and get a royal flush well not only is the pot yours but you will also get 50x the big blind up to $200 dollars with the royal flush bonus.

Bad Beat Bonus
This is the bonus for those that get robbed of the pot.  If you have aces full of kings (AAAKK) or better and get beaten by four of a kind or better then the pot may be lost but you’ll be comforted by the bad beat bonus of up to $1,000 dollars.

Bodog also gives you additional points just for playing!  You will receive 1 point for every 60 minutes of playing real money poker.  This is maxed out at 500 points per month.
