UB Poker pro Liv Boeree headlines EPT San Remo final table

About a week after Vanessa Selbst captured the NAPT Mohegan Sun title, another major tournament has another female poker pro in contention for the crown. This time it’s Liv Boeree, the UB Poker pro, who has found herself at the final table of the European Poker Tour’s San Remo event.

Boeree is looking for her first major win, and she can avoid busting in 8th place will lock up her first 6-figure cash. The €90,000 8th place represents her biggest cash to date.

Boeree is currently in 5th position out of the 8 final table participants, with a slightly above average stack of 3.44 million chips. Boeree and the rest of the final are all trying to catch current chip-leader Jakob Carlsson who has 13.525 million in chips, which constitutes about a third of the total chips in play.

* Claudio Piceci – 4.46 million in chips
* Alexey Rybin – 1.89 million in chips
* Atanas Gueorguiev – 2.52 million in chips
* Giuseppe Diep – 1.83 million in chips
* Toni Pettersson – 5.035 million in chips
* Michael Piper – 4.6 million in chips

The winner of the event will walk away with the €1.25 million first-place prize-money.
