Estonia latest country to restrict online poker
In their nightly rundown, PokerNews announced that Estonia has joined the current movement to localize online poker. From now on, only online poker sites licensed in Estonia will be permitted to operate in the country.
Obviously, Estonian poker players are outraged, with only one small online site currently licensed in the country; the Estonian Olympic Casino. Legislation of this sort not only hurts the online poker sites, but also online poker aficionados who are left with a much smaller pool of players.
The most prominent country to adopt such restrictive legislation was Italy, a move that caused many top Italian poker players to move their residence to a more online poker friendly locale.
Belgium has gone the other way with their online poker legislation, basically allowing any online poker site –whether operating inside or outside Belgian borders–to market to Belgian players so long as they are licensed by the Belgian government.
Full Tilt Poker
Full Tilt Poker is the number 2 online poker site for poker players. Although the top cash players would refer Full Tilt as there home rather than their rivals, PokerStars. Full Tilt has been geared more towards Cash Players instead of tournaments players. This is why it is so popular amount the cash playing poker community.
Full Tilt also offer a great Poker bonus of up to $600 free, just by using Full Tilt referral code: PNB when signing up. This will help when it comes to building your bankroll at Full Tilt and for being able to play at the highest level cash tables.
