Poker players Maria Ho and Tiffany Michelle have inauspicious deb

Unlike their fellow poker pros who seem to excel on the reality TV circuit (at least in terms of good publicity) the poker world was let down by the Amazing Race duo of Tiffany and Maria from the outset.
Their first faux-pas was lying to their fellow competitors about their profession. Making the whole matter all the more disheartening is that the girls decided to go with the old “I work at a non-profit, as a counselor for homeless youth” shtick. And almost as if on cue, a poker fan recognizes them in the airport and blows their cover! This after hundreds of articles will cause me to use LMAO for the first time ever!
When we next meet up with the girls they are actually having more problems. First they find themselves participating in some bizarre Japanese-style game-show, where they have all sorts of problems; followed by further complications when they arrive at the first check-point with only 18 of their 20 audience members they were asked to guide through Tokyo.
Luckily for the girls, who finished dead-last, this was a non-elimination leg. However, if the two don’t get their act together they will probably be wishing they were eliminated to curtail any further embarrassing moments.
