I guess when you run good, you just run good! Via his Twitter account Huck Seed informed the world just how good he runs by posting a picture of a $670,665.60 Royal Flush payout on a Video Poker machine! Attached with the picture was the following text: “Internet poker is down in the US, but I’m still pressing buttons!”

Of course once the creators of the animated poker series The Micros heard of Seed’s windfall they quickly pointed out that Seed had worn a Micros t-shirt at the WSOP, and like Erik Seidel’s epic run at the beginning of the year after appearing on the show, they took some of the credit for Seed’s big win –no word yet if they are demanding a cut from either of the two “luckboxen”!

Seed is the 1996 World Series of Poker champion, and after struggling through the early 2000’s has reinvented himself as an online player, and the king of the invitational poker tournament, evidenced by the following results:

* 2011 — Poker After Dark VII, 1st place $600,000

* 2010 — Tournament of Champions, 1st place $500,000

* 2010 — FullTiltPoker.com Doubles Poker Championship, 1st place $500,000

* 2010 – The Poker Lounge, 1st place $120,000

* 2009 — NBC National Heads-Up Championship, 1st place $500,000

* 2009 – Late Night Poker Cardiff, 1st place $200,000

* 2008 — NBC National Heads-Up Championship, 3rd place $125,000
