Lock Poker launch new Cashier

Posted by Gerry Poltorak on Feb 01, 2012 Posted in Poker News | 5 Comments »

Today Lock Poker launched there new cashier. The hope is this will mean the time from withdrawing from your player account to you bank will be decreased greatly. It’s also important to note this is not a merge cashier change, but only refers to the Lock cashier.

It is also likely that for the first couple of days after the change over, a few small problems might appear as some players won’t be able to access there cashier. This usually occurs if players don’t have a lock casino account set up. So if a problem does appear I suggest attempting to create a Lock Casino account. This can be done by clicking on the Lock Casino tab at the top of the screen when you load up the Lock Poker client.

Lock also have a thead on 2+2 currently running with a statement from Lock’s Rizen:

“Hello 2+2ers, I know we’ve been discussing some exciting upcoming changes to withdrawal options and the cashier. Those of you that check the client regularly (and read the messages!) might already have seen this:

We are very excited to announce a new cashier launching next week! Not only will the cashier have a fresh new look but we will be introducing new withdrawal options (ie. bank wires) and a much faster turn around time.

This cashier is exclusive to Lock, as are the new withdrawal options.

For players that have a pending withdrawal in the Merge Network cashier if this has not been completed by January 30th, we will take care of moving this withdrawal over for you and this will not result in any delays in your withdrawal being processed. You will be first in line.

While we transition, all new withdrawals must be submitted via Lock Casino:

1. Click the Lock Casino tab in the lobby
2. Transfer the amount you wish to withdraw to casino
3. Click the withdraw button

If you have any questions, please contact Lock customer support at support@lockpoker.com.

If you do still have any problems try contacting Lock’s customer support or you can also leave comments below this article and we will try our best to answer anything we can or get a hold of the right person to get you question answered.

Firstly I tried to withdraw money $2500 via wire transfer. I waited over a week and no money appeared in my account. I then looked in my Lock account and noticed the money was still in my account.

It was declined to transfer because I am not a VIP member. NO email nothing informing me of this.

So I again requested a cheque via Fed ex. have not heard a thing a week and a half later and no answer to any emails.

Worried……a little. Not efficient or comforting.

    SO….

Just got this email from Lock…. Funny how quick reply’s come after you post something…

    Hi,

Your check is still pending. Our check timeframe is 2-3 weeks for processing. We try our best to process payouts quickly but occasionally will require the alloted timeframe given. Thank you so much for your patience.
    All my best,

    Quinn

    2-3 weeks….?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Nice…….am I still worried…..yes! Not quick enough and certainly no comforting.

i have cashed out with both Players only and with Lock (both merge)……both take a very long time, but they DID come…

The first cashout i got came in LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!!

i was so excited, a fed ex right to my door….. BUT THEN every other cashout took about a month!

They say they ahve to process it first, then once it is processed it can take another few weeks to actually get delivered.

I recently also sent support several mags about a WU withdraw…I have no idea how they will transfer things to me as far as whether I will get a mctn# in an email in the mail or whether it just deposits into my bank acct. My emails have focused on that and the WU fee being waived on first transaction. Lock support has not acknowledged any of my emails for 2 days.
From reading through posts I know the withdrawal may take awhile but I just want a response on a ten percent fee being returned to my poker acct. Good luck at the tables everyone, and hopefully we get results online so they don’t end up being only live games.

  5. I requested my payout 11/19/2012 and I have yet to receive my check today is 02/06/13
