party poker software updateOn a day when Full Tilt Poker added a number of new poker variants to its site Party Poker also underwent a major software overhaul. Party Poker’s additions were not in the form of new games, but in the form of new in-game features.

The first addition Party Poker made was the addition of Anonymous poker tables. The tables allow players to keep their Avatar and screen-name hidden while playing. As of now, only heads-up tables offer this feature at Party Poker.

The second addition to the site was the ability to Rabbit-Hunt, which is the ability to see the next card that would have come, when you fold. A lot of players enjoy the Rabbit-Hunting feature, which is in place at a handful of other online poker rooms.

The final addition is the ability Show a Card to your opponent if you are heads-up in a hand. So, if you want to make your opponent’s decision all the more difficult you can now feign either strength or weakness by showing a card.

In addition to these in game features Party Poker also upgraded their software to include better tournament lobby features with more statistics, and added the ability for players to find Party Poker sponsored pros in the lobby, similar to the Full Tilt Poker “Red Pros”.

New Party Poker Players can get a 100% deposit bonus up to $500 with Party Poker Bonus Code PNB500.
