This Week in Tournaments: The PCA, Schedules and more
The PCA is winding down, the Aussie Millions reservations are being made, and in between it all there is a ton of other tournaments running right now! In addition to the events that are taking place around the globe I’ll also update you on the Estrellas Poker Tour, as the PokerStars-led European tour enters its second season in the coming days.
Estrellas Poker Tour schedule
Season 4 of the Estrellas Poker Tour (PokerStars Spanish minor leagues for the European Poker Tour) is about to kick-off with a stop in Madrid on January 21st, and when all is said and done the Estrellas Poker Tour will see a total of four tournaments played across Spain in 2013. WSOP Circuit Series at the Bike Main Event
The latest WSOPC Main Event just finished up at the Bicycle Casino in los Angeles, and with a field of 732 players the first place prize-money surpassed the $200k mark. Here is a look at the final table payouts from the WSOPC Bike Main Event:

Alex Masek the Phil Hellmuth of the WSOPC
During the WSOPC tournament series at the Bicycle Casino one player made a little history of his own, as Alex Masek became the all-time WSOPC leader in Circuit Series rings, picking up his 6th ring in $365 NLHE turbo tournament. Masek moved ahead of Mark “Pegasus” Smith and Kyle Cartwright for the all-time lead.
Casey Jarzabek off to a fast start in 2013
Less than a week after chopping up the PokerStars Super Tuesday tournament for a $70,000 score, Casey “BigDogPckt5s” Jarzabek was back at it, chopping up the Sunday Million for another $138,000.
