Lacey Jones signs deal with Full Tilt Poker

Lacey Jones wasn’t a poker free agent for very long; after parting ways with Absolute Poker last month the poker pro and hostess has signed with Full Tilt Poker.

Jones’s departure from Absolute Poker seemed to be on very good terms, considering she has spent a number of years as an Absolute Poker sponsored player, but it was clear to most involved that the sought after hostess would quickly swell the ranks of either PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker. Full Tilt became the odds on favorite when it was announced that Jones would be the presenter on Full Tilt’s upcoming Doubles Poker Championship, set to air in July.

Known more for her modeling and hosting duties, Jones has also compiled a decent poker resume despite participating in very few tournaments: Jones has cashed in the WSOP ladies tournament, as well as in a WPT Championship Event at the Borgata in 2007.

With 5,000+ followers on Twitter, Jones is a great pickup for Full Tilt Poker who have broken with their usual trend of signing top-flight poker players, while ignoring some of the major poker personalities who probably drive more traffic to the site than most players.
