The largest online team poker event is well under way with Pokerspace crews battling it out on UB.com and Absolute Poker over the past two Sundays this October in their Crew Cup competition that has a 5-night trip to Las Vegas on the line.

The first two crews to qualify on October 17th and move onto the Crew Cup Finals were the BERHOUET RED ACES and the SIBIR REGION TEAM as these teams battled hard with the BERHOUET RED ACES managing to get two of their teammates to the final table. The SIBIR REGION TEAM squeaked into 2nd place and into the Finals by just two team points, but the majority of their crew all placed well.

On UB.com the action continued the following Sunday on October 24th and did not disappoint. The winning crew, DSA, dominated the competition with their top two finishers—thanx4chips and crew captain Mafioso22—coming in 2nd and 4th place respectively, nearly solidifying their passage into the Crew Cup Finals on their own. The 2nd place crew, the INTIMIDATORS, captained by Pokerspace member iceman1967 also led his crew to an early Crew Cup Finals admission.

Competition is still pretty stiff going into the next few weeks of this ongoing struggle to see what team of poker players will prove to be the best poker crew online.
