Tournament Report: Big action around the globe
I can’t remember a busier timed in tournament poker than what has taken place over the past two weeks or so in the poker world. In addition to the big boys, the WPT and EPT, there was also the massive UKIPT tournament in Nottingham which saw the prize-pool exceed £1 million for a £700 buy-in event, as well as a slew of other poker tours around the globe.
While we’ve brought you updates on the larger events mentioned above, some of the smaller tournaments have escaped our coverage, and now we’re here to set that right, and give the winners of these events the coverage they deserve.
