The Season XI World Poker Tour (WPT) Grand Prix de Paris Main Event final table is set, and it is one of the toughest lineups of the year, with six very talented poker players competing for the €400,000 first-place-prize, as well as the title of WPT Grand Prix de Paris Champion.

One player at the final table, Theo Jorgensen, has had very good success in the city of Paris, having already won a WPT tournament in Paris back in 2010, the WPT Rendez-Vous al Paris where he pocketed nearly $850,000. The Danish pro is best known for his PLO skills, but in his tournament career he has amassed nearly $3 million (a number that will rise after this tournament) and is just an EPT title away from winning Poker’s Triple Crown.

Joining Jorgensen at the final table is German poker pro Philipp Gruissem who has been near the top of the leader-board since the beginning of the event. Gruissem is looking for his first major tournament title, having won a few High-Roller events in the past. Gruissem is considered one of the top young poker players in the game for his proficiency in both cash-games and tournaments.

Another German, Fabian Quoss, also made the final table. Quoss is the 2010 English Poker Open Champion, a GUKPT winner, and a GCOP winner in his short career. He has also finished second in a WSOP tournament and has amassed over $1.5 million in tournament earnings during his career.

Mohsin Charania and Matt Salsberg are the two US representatives at the WPT Grand Prix de Paris final table. Both men are experienced, accomplished players, but Charania is mainly known for his online play, while Salsberg is a tournament regular, playing events all over the US and in Europe.

Rounding out the field is Tim “Tim0thee” Adams is a Canadian poker pro who cashed five times at the 2012 WSOP, including two final tables and a win in the $2,500 4-handed NLHE tournament.
